T-Mobile Home Internet is an expanding offering from T-Mobile, available to more than 30 million households nationwide.

It's fast, affordable home internet service that lets you do it all for just $50 a month with AutoPay, taxes and fees included for qualified accounts – a flat price, no annual contract and no data caps.

T-Mobile Home Internet service connects to the same great 4G LTE or 5G network T-Mobile smartphones run on, depending on signal availability at your eligible address.

You receive service through a 5G Gateway device (which combines the capabilities of a router and a modem), the Gateway device then converts the 5G signal to Wi-Fi, and provides a Wi-Fi signal accessible by all the devices in your home.

Can I purchase higher-speed service?

We don't offer tiered pricing based on speeds at this time. Customers automatically receive the best speeds available from the Home Internet service at their home address. As better speeds are available, customers will automatically experience them, at no additional cost. During congestion, Home Internet customers may notice speeds lower than customers using other T-Mobile services due to data prioritization.

Are there ways I cannot use T-Mobile Home Internet?

You can use your Home Internet for all the homework, streaming, and video conferencing you need! But to ensure that our network is available for all customers, there are some restrictions on activities that can damage or disproportionately congest the network. For example, Home Internet is not intended for unattended use, automatic data feeds, automated machine-to-machine connections, or uses that automatically consume unreasonable amounts of available network capacity. What kind of upload speeds can I expect with T-Mobile Home Internet?

How soon can I use my T-Mobile 5G internet service after I move?

As long as T-Mobile 5G internet is available at your new address you can use it as soon as you move in. Please contact 1-218-207-0799 to confirm availability at your new address. If you move without notifying us, then we may not be able to provide service to you.
